About Us

Susanne Taylor


Susanne has been facilitating across cultures for more than 20 years, with a focus on integrating new ideas through experiential activities. Susanne owns and operates CultureFlow, since 2008, where she develops and delivers engaging and innovative intercultural and team workshops for a variety of concerns. She is also an adjunct lecturer at the Applied Sciences University of Munich for Intercultural Communication in the Tourism department. When she’s not in the training room, Susanne has a passion for coaching clients who are making international transitions.

Susanne holds a Masters degree in Intercultural Relations through Antioch University, OH and the Intercultural Communication Institute (ICI) and is a professional coach having her training through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) here in Munich, with certification through the International Coaches Federation (ICF).

Philosophy: Transformation happens when you have energized involvement and a focus on success. I am passionate about the four C’s – curiosity, culture, creativity and connection. Exploring the unfamiliar so that we can integrate it and solve problems in a new way!

Ursula Leitzmann

Ursula brings over 15 years of training and coaching experience in the field of talent development and has worked across many industries with multinational clients. Focusing on authentic leadership in diverse work environments, her portfolio ranges from intercultural business and teambuilding to leadership development and engagement. Her profound knowledge of human development complements her natural ability to connect with others, a valuable quality conducive to building trust when facilitating people´s development and growth. She is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Applied Languages in Munich.

Ursula holds master’s degrees in Communication from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich, and in Intercultural Relations from the University of the Pacific, USA. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Administration and Management from Harvard University, USA. She is a certified life executive coach through the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coach Federation, USA.

Philosophy: Helping others to find their authentic voice and to follow their inner true compass; aligning values, purpose, and action.


Gaëlle Piernikarch

Gaëlle brings over 16 years international experience in marketing communications, business development and project management for local and global companies. In the past 8 years, she worked as a management consultant and trainer, designing and carrying out intercultural learning programs, coaching international teams and facilitating workshops for over 2000 executives worldwide.

Gaëlle strives to bring a profound understanding of different cultural backgrounds as a basis for effective cooperation to business professionals who need to drive successful initiatives on an international level.

Gaëlle holds a master’s degree in business and economics from the Business School (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce) of La Rochelle in France with major in organizational psychology and in international management from the Turku School of Economics in Finland. Gaëlle is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® practitioner (MBTI®) and a trained European business coach.
