New Packages!!

It’s like Christmas in July. Or a birthday.  No actually, I am just excited because I am able to offer some really cool new packages!

Yes, I am a coach who loves working with others, and really believes you can’t get where you want to go without help. So, I am teaming up with two other professionals to offer packages.

Cool, huh?  Here’s what they are at the moment. (I hope to add one or two more in the next few months…)

BodyFlow Package: For those who want to restore or restart a healthy lifestyle.

3 months of coaching packaged with an assessment, plan, and final check-in with an excellent holistic nutritionist. (Meet April and see how she works.)

VitalFlow Package: For those who want to rebuild vitality and create focus in their life. 3 months of coaching paired with regular visits to a skilled rolfer! To realign your vision and your body. (Meet Sabine and understand what rolfing is.)

Of course, with these packages you get a great deal. Not only will you have the help of a team of people, but you get that support at a reasonable rate.
